The Kolter Group is developing the 499-foot, 46-level building destined to become downtown Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building and first condominium project in a decade.

The 100 Las Olas residences will occupy levels 17-46, with resident-only amenities on the 16th level, including a resort-style pool, cabanas, fitness center, news lounge with daily beverage service, and club room with catering kitchen, bar, formal seating areas, custom audio system and expansive outdoor plaza.
The Decorators Unlimited’s Bob Martin designed four floor plans:
*Residence A: 2,395 interior square feet with two bedrooms plus den and 2.5 bathrooms and 500 exterior square feet.
*Residence B: 1,501 interior square feet with two bedrooms plus den and 2.5 bathrooms and 310 exterior square feet.
*Residence C: 2,964 interior square feet with three bedrooms plus den and 3.5 bathrooms and 558 exterior square feet.
*Residence D: 1,867 square feet with two bedrooms plus den and 3 bathrooms and 544 exterior square feet.
The energy-efficient residences feature contemporary open great rooms, gourmet kitchens and expansive terraces with glass railings offering skyline views.
The main living areas have premium large format porcelain tile and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.
Owners choose their kitchen and bath finishes from Nolte cabinets and quartz countertops, Jenn-Air Euro stainless steel built-in appliances, and Grohe and Kohler plumbing fixtures.
SB Architects designed the sleek steel and glass tower with curved geometric shapes and Simeone Deary Design Group the residential and hotel common areas with 24-hour security and controlled access at all entry and exit points.
Construction is slated to start this spring at Las Olas Boulevard and SE 1st Avenue one block from the New River. The building is expected to open in fall 2019.
Unit prices range from the $800,000s to over $2 million.
